I am pleased to announce that starting June 2018 a 6 week psychotherapy group for exclusively for Aduls will begin. This group is designed for those who are struggling with anxiety and depression and could use some peer support. Group psychotherapy offers great benefits that individual does not. Group offers you the opportunity to learn and connect with others going through similar challenges. Each session will have an activity and a discussion that follows. Space is limited so please sign up ASAP. I hope to see you there.
Please check with your insurance carrier prior to attending your first session if you plan on using insurance for payment. When you contact your insurance verify that Sarah Dinan is an in-network provider and that Group Therapy (CPT code 90853) is covered. If you do not plan on using your insurance the discounted insurance rate will be honored. Registration is free, co-payment or full payment will be collected at the end of each session.
When: Every Thursday starting June 21st, 2018 – August 9th, 2018 @ 3:30-4:30 **Except July 26th**
